Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Our ultimate objective is making our customers happy and 100% satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them.
We offer a generous 30 day return window for all purchases unless specified so during time of purchase. We do not offer return shipment labels unless item is defective. Upon return and inspection, we reverse the transaction and you are credited back on your tender type originally paid.
Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back the item and let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.
DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
HOW THE RETURN POLICY WORKS
To begin return, begin by contacting us, Ship the old part back to our warehouse as specified and we refund or replace your part.
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item is in good, resell-able condition. Once your return have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 1-3 business days to finalize.
Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
Items returned not in new, resellable condition may incur up to 20% restocking fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
