We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so in the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products quick and easy! You may return (most) products for a full merchandise refund within 15 days of purchase unless specified so during time of purchase.

Buyer may return any product which Cold Air Central stocks and which is not a special order item if:

• It is in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all original parts; and
• it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired altered or damaged. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by Cold Air Central. 
• Special orders or non-stock goods may be returned if the manufacturer is willing to accept the return and Buyer agrees to reimburse Cold Air Central for any restocking or cancellation fees charged by the manufacturer.

We do not offer return shipment labels unless item is defective or damaged. Upon return and inspection, we reverse the transaction and you are credited back on your tender type originally paid.
